3. Utilization of Funds: The Trust guarantees that 100% of the funds raised through this specific campaign will be utilized for the medical treatment of the child. However, in the event that the funds raised exceed the required amount for the specific patient's treatment, the surplus balance shall be redirected to save another critically ill child under Jansewa Trust's medical aid program.
4. Tax Exemption (80G): Donations are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. It is the donor's responsibility to provide accurate details (PAN, Name, Address) at the time of checkout to generate a valid 80G tax receipt. Jansewa Trust is not liable for receipts generated with incorrect user-provided data.
5. Third-Party Payment Processing: We use Razorpay as our third-party payment gateway. The Trust holds no responsibility for any failure, delay, or security breach occurring on the payment gateway's end. The donor agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment gateway.
